4. Payment Terms

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting generated scripts for your specific use case
• You retain ownership of the content you input and the scripts generated for you
• We do not claim intellectual property rights over the content you generate

6. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, website design, and underlying technology (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
