• Attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

4. Payment Terms

AISalesScriptGenerator.com offers both free and subscription-based plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

5. AI-Generated Content

AISalesScriptGenerator.com uses artificial intelligence to generate sales scripts based on your inputs and selected parameters. Our AI generation is powered by DeepSeek (primary provider) and OpenAI (fallback). You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes and should be reviewed before use in professional contexts
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting generated scripts for your specific use case
• You are solely responsible for ensuring any use of generated scripts complies with all applicable outreach, telemarketing, email, SMS, privacy, DNC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and industry-specific laws before contacting prospects
• You retain ownership of the content you input and the scripts generated for you
• We do not claim intellectual property rights over the content you generate

6. Intellectual Property

The AISalesScriptGenerator.com name, logo, website design, and underlying technology (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of AISalesScriptGenerator.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination for cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription, consistent with our Refund Policy. Termination without cause is not exercised for paid subscribers in good standing.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections 6, 7, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
