1. How We Use AI

AISalesScriptGenerator.com uses Large Language Models (LLMs) — currently OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, and DeepSeek — accessed via their commercial API endpoints — combined with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline.

The AI is used to:

• Generate draft sales scripts based on user-selected industry, scenario, and context
• Provide structured script templates (Cold Call, Follow-up, Discovery, etc.)
• Suggest objection-handling responses

The AI is NOT used to:

• Initiate or automate phone calls, text messages, or voice communications
• Make autonomous decisions about script distribution or targeting
• Generate legally binding or compliance-reviewed content
• Provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice

2. Accuracy & Hallucination Risk

AI-generated scripts are probabilistic outputs and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They should be treated as drafts requiring human review, not final communications.

The AI may generate facts, statistics, or claims that are fabricated. Sales methodologies, industry data, or regulations may be outdated. AI may misinterpret user-provided context, leading to irrelevant scripts.

Mitigation: Users are prompted to review and edit every script before use. The RAG knowledge base is periodically updated, but users must verify time-sensitive content.

3. Bias Risk

LLMs may reflect biases present in training data. Scripts could inadvertently contain gender or cultural stereotypes in role assumptions, or regional or demographic biases in target persona descriptions.

Mitigation: Users are the final editor and should review scripts for bias before use. We do not profile or target specific demographics.

4. Copyright & Plagiarism Risk

AI-generated text may unintentionally resemble copyrighted material. Generated scripts are user-owned (see our Terms of Service). If you suspect third-party IP infringement, contact [email protected]. We use commercially licensed LLM APIs with appropriate terms of service.

5. Compliance Risk (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

The Service generates script drafts, not compliant communications. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that any script they use in actual communications complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) — prohibits unauthorized autodialed calls and texts
• FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule — governs telemarketing calls
• CAN-SPAM Act — governs commercial email
• State-specific telemarketing laws (e.g., California, Florida, New York)
• Do Not Call (DNC) registry compliance
• Call recording consent laws (two-party consent states)

We do not warrant that any AI-generated script will comply with applicable laws or regulations.

6. FTC Compliance & AI Disclosure

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that AI-generated content be clearly disclosed when a reasonable consumer might be misled about whether content is human-generated.

Our compliance measures:

• Script generator UI displays "AI-generated" label on generated scripts
• This disclosure document is linked in the site footer
• We do not claim scripts are "guaranteed to convert" or "human-written"
• LLM providers and RAG approach are disclosed in this document
• Generated scripts are not attributed to named human experts unless the user explicitly adds that

If users share scripts generated by the Service, they should disclose that the script was AI-generated when required by FTC Endorsement Guidelines. We recommend including a simple disclosure such as: "This script was drafted with the help of an AI sales script generator."

7. Data Privacy in AI Processing

We do not use user inputs or generated scripts to train or fine-tune our AI models.All LLM API providers used (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) have committed not to use API inputs for model training under their commercial API terms.

LLM API providers retain API inputs for 30 days for abuse monitoring only (per their API policies). They do not use this data for model improvement. User scripts are retained per our Privacy Policy (account duration + 90 days).

8. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

1. Review all AI-generated content before using it in any communication.
2. Verify factual claims (statistics, industry data, legal references) generated by the AI.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FTC, state telemarketing laws).
4. Not use the Service to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing content.
5. Not represent AI-generated content as human-written without disclosure where required.
6. Consult legal counsel regarding your specific use case, especially if using scripts for regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, legal).

9. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated scripts are probabilistic outputs and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They should be treated as drafts requiring human review, not final communications.

No Legal or Compliance Advice: This disclosure does not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend that users consult with legal counsel regarding TCPA, FTC, and state-law compliance; regularly review scripts for regulatory compliance; and maintain records of script versions for potential regulatory inquiries.

No Warranty of Compliance: We do not warrant that any AI-generated script will comply with applicable laws or regulations. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the user.
