Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans, including Pro and Pro Plus. If you are not satisfied with for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to the first purchase of a subscription only. Subsequent renewals or re-subscriptions after cancellation are not covered by the initial guarantee period.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account
2. Include your account details and the reason for your refund request
3. Our support team will process your request within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Once your refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, and you will lose access to paid features immediately. Your generated scripts and account data will be retained for 30 days before deletion per our standard data retention policy.

3. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscription plans (Pro Annual and Pro Plus Annual), the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the full subscription amount if requested within the first 30 days. After the initial 30-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions are handled on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months of the subscription term, minus a 10% processing fee.

Example: If you cancel an annual subscription after 90 days with a remaining value of $270, your refund would be $270 minus $27 (10% processing fee) = $243.

4. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee only on the first payment. Subsequent monthly payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions canceled after the 30-day money-back guarantee period (monthly plans)
• Add-on purchases or one-time feature unlocks
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the most recent payment
• Partial billing periods (we do not prorate partial months for monthly plans)

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier, and you will retain access to previously generated scripts.
